It's always raining in Pennsylvania. Every time I've driven across that damn state, it's just buckets coming down from the sky the whole way.
Great writing, love the elements you've included so far. There's something particularly awesome about you doing this in a 5.0 Mustang. One thing you didn't mention yet though is if it's a stick or not. I hope it is because boy does that make long haul driving more engaging. Sometimes just having to use your left leg is all one needs to stay sharp for a couple more hours.
Also, thank you for putting Grimes on blast, I got a kick out of that. Give me a shout when you reach the coast. You and your old man should come grab a cup of the best damn coffee known to the westside at Dogtown Coffee.
